NPI Project Manager – Israel

As the NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Manager, you will spearhead the seamless transition of new products from conception to production, ensuring efficiency and excellence every step of the way. Your role encompasses strategic planning, meticulous execution, and adept leadership, all while fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Practical Engineering, or Industrial Management Engineering
Bring 3+ years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful NPI project delivery
Communicate effectively across diverse functions and management levels, fostering collaboration and understanding
Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to task management
Inspire and guide teams with strong leadership qualities, driving motivation and accountability
Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend
Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Planning Schedule Control and Subcontractor Coordination
Work closely with Project Managers from the R&D side to synchronize efforts and streamline product development
Harness the collective expertise of internal and external teams to drive innovation and deliver on project objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project goals and parameters, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility
Develop and maintain project schedules, diligently tracking milestones to keep projects on course
Apply versatile project management methodologies to adapt to various project scopes and implementation plans
Navigate the intricacies of a matrix organization, effectively managing team members across different reporting lines
