Strategic Alliances Manager

Our Strategic Alliances Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Atera's partnerships with leading cloud providers, cloud marketplace providers, Global SIs, and other global partners. This position requires a strategic and experienced person who can identify the right partners, build strong relationships with them, and ensure their success. The strategic alliances manager will be responsible for navigating these complex accounts and bringing Atera to strategic success in various markets.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Atera –Microsoft Partnership and drive business collaboration with Microsoft and partners in its ecosystem.
Develop new partnerships with cloud marketplace partners that will yield exponential growth in revenue for Atera
Identify potential SI partners for Atera and develop strategic partnerships with some of them
Meeting sales targets for partner deals – including pipeline management, forecasting and achieving growth
Working closely with staff across departments to implement partnership strategies, drive changes in Atera as needed and grow the strategic partnerships
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.

Requirements:

5+ years experience in partner management \ Account Executive in a SaaS company with quota-carrying role.
Experience in managing cloud partnerships / marketplace partnership - A Must
Workdays- Monday to Friday, flexible work hours
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in a global work environment
Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
Ability to travel up to 25%
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results and meet deadlines
