We are looking for a Cloud Testing Manager for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, on-site, in Ramat Gan.

Role Description:

The Cloud Testing Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and governing the end-to-end testing program for complex systems deployed in public-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.The role owns the overall testing strategy, planning, and execution, drives alignment across development and architecture teams, and serves as the primary professional interface toward the customer throughout the testing lifecycle.This position combines program-level leadership, technical understanding, and customer-facing communication, and plays a critical role in ensuring system quality, compliance with requirements, and transparency toward the customer.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall testing program from definition through system readiness and release approval.
Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and execution reports (STP, STD, STR, TRR).
Drive and coordinate development, DevOps, and architecture teams to support test execution, defect resolution, and readiness milestones.
Plan and manage system and integration test cycles, including:Scheduling and sequencing, Progress tracking and risk management, Handling deviations and corrective actions, Act as the primary customer-facing point for testing activities: Explain testing logic, coverage, and validation approach, Answer customer technical and process-related questions, Present test status, findings, and conclusions, Support customer reviews and approvals

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in system, infrastructure, or cloud testing, including documentation, execution, and analysis of test results.

At least 1 year Proven experience leading or managing system-level or program-level testing activities.

Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working directly with customers in a professional, structured, and consultative manner.

Strong leadership skills.

Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK - Significant Advantage

DevOps experience in AWS-based environments, with knowledge of core services such as compute, networking, storage, IAM - Significant Advantage
