What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner, Temporary position Maternity leave cover for 12 months, to join our Global Recruitment team @ Checkmarx.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process- starting with profile the best candidates, develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage to talents, build an effective hiring process, interview, and act as a partner in all hiring decisions making.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition partner recruiting for both Tech and Non-Tech positions from an organization or recruitment agency
Excellent interpersonal skills
High attention to details, accurate and organized.
A clear understanding of technical terms and roles
Experience in recruiting for multiple locations and cultures
Fluent written and spoken English proficiency
Proven sourcing skills, using technological platforms
Experience with social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
Independent results-oriented and attentive to details
