About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple high-budget projects in the air defense sector, overseeing all stages and ensuring successful delivery of business, financial, and technical objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple high-budget security projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements.
Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
Maintain excellent human relations and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity.
Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges.
Travel within Israel to meet with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field..
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment.
Strong background in software.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
High level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results.
Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
Experience in defense sector -an advantage.
