VP of HR

Tadmor's demo company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Management Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and a track record of fostering a positive workplace culture while effectively managing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. This leadership role requires a visionary thinker who can align HR goals with business objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure the acquisition and retention of top talent.
Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to create a performance management system that drives accountability and results.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain employees.
Analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
