We invest in promoting their career by providing opportunities, challenges, and a great flexible work environment.About The Role:As a B2B Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the operation process.Responsibilities:Joining the field team for activitiesAchieving monthly operation targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.Making calls to existing customers to maximize potentialInteract with customers & coordinate meetingsMultitask between different communication channelsProvide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct stepsImprove customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagementRequirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English – Mandatory.Excellent communication between customer & departmentFlexibility in working hours is required.Proficient in all MS Office productsExperience in the Payments and Banking industry - AdvantageAbility to work independently and under pressureEnjoy working as part of a teamA significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tactProven track record in outbound converting calls** This is a temporary position - maternity leave for 9 months.Our Connected Work Culture: Driving Innovation, TogetherAt Remitly, we believe that true innovation sparks when we come together.
