We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our legal department in Tel Aviv.

Learn, utilize and implement legal technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Work closely with our legal team and its interactions with other teams
Assist in optimizing and refining legal processes for efficiency
Collaborate with the legal team to implement best practices
Support the contract lifecycle process
Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal operations metrics
Participate in training sessions for legal and non-legal staff on legal processes

Requirements:

Experience

0-2 years in legal operations or a similar field

Skills

Tech-savvy with a grasp of legal technology (a plus)
Proactive problem-solver who identifies process improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized and manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is a must
