Who are you?

You are a collaborative team player, strategic thinker, and problem solver with a passion for creating exceptional products that delight and meet customers' needs. You bring the customer's voice and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to build and ship great product experiences. You use data to inform your decisions and communicate effectively to influence your peers and managers to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Work with our customers to understand their needs, pain points and motivations
Utilize qual and quant data to optimize product experiences and boost customer engagement and retention
Create and implement a product roadmap to address customer needs and business goals
Lead a cross-functional team to execute on the product roadmap
Identify and measure product impact using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manage trade-offs among short/long-term objectives, customer experience and technical debt

Requirements:

Ideally, we’re looking for

Over 5 years of experience designing, delivering, and scaling world-class customer-facing applications in product management roles
Demonstrated success managing an end-to-end product lifecycle
Proven ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
Customer-focused with a history of delivering products designed to create great user experiences
Experience working with analytics tools and using qual and quant data to inform product decisions, and clearly and accurately communicate data insights
An effective collaborator and communicator who can influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working with US customers
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Meticulous attention to detail
Curious, self-driven, critical thinker, and a lifelong learner with a strong can-do approach and a good sense of humor

Hands on experience in Design Thinking methodology
Hands on experience developing AI-powered product solutions
Hands on experience in VOIP technology
