AIR is developing a unique electric aircraft (eVTOL) for the private, logistics, and defense markets. With over 3,000 pre-orders for the AIR ONE and active fulfillment of defense and logistics programs, AIR is rapidly expanding its engineering, production, and flight testing operations.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller.
Role Description
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The Controller will also collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial strategies and forecasts.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the company’s financial statements, closing process, and consolidation
Work with external auditors and advisors
In charge of the budget (forecast and actual), including a monthly management report
Manage 2 bookkeepers and supervise an external payroll controller
Responsible for a US subsidiary's financials
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Ensure the company’s compliance with global and local tax-related policies and implement related processes
Implement, enforce, and assess internal control policies and procedures
Lead efficiency and automation of financial processes and systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification
Graduate from one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Israel – Mandatory
At least 4 years of experience after internship
Experience with Inventory and Fixed Assets accounting processes
Proficiency in financial software and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Professional, organized, and able to work independently
