Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer with a passion for design who wants to make an impact and lead in the field of user experience and interface. *Responsibilities*
* Develop and communicate the product design vision, strategy, and principles.
* Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
* Work with and maintain our Design System, guidelines, and standards to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the product.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation, improve design processes, and achieve excellence.

*Requirements*
* 3+ years of experience designing a complex B2B system/platform for desktop and mobile devices.
* Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and related tools.
* Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design and experience in performing user research and usability tests.
* Experience collaborating closely with product management and R&D.
* A comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and design thinking.
* Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a relevant field.
* Experience in the E-Commerce, Payments or Fintech industry - advantage.
