Our mobile department is expanding and hiring an Experienced Strategic Growth Partnerships Lead (Demand Side).

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic thinker to join our Business Development team. As a Strategic Growth Partnerships Lead on the Demand Side, you will play a key role in expanding our demand network by identifying and onboarding high-potential mobile apps looking to scale their in-app performance. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and onboarding.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify high-potential mobile apps and partners looking to scale their in-app performance campaigns
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified demand partners
Independently hunt, research, and identify promising mobile apps that align with our traffic capabilities
Research and engage relevant decision-makers such as UA managers an marketing leads
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Report on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and key business insights to management
Maintain ongoing follow-ups and manage multiple partnership pipelines in parallel
Requirements:
1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships Growth within AdTech\Affiliation - Mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills
Ability to operate independently on a day-to-day basis
Proven ability to proactively source and close new demand partnerships
Strong research and outreach capabilities
Fluent English is mandatory
A proactive learner with a creative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
