Product Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our digital banking products. As a key member of our product team, you will drive innovation, enhance user experiences, and ensure the successful delivery of new banking solutions from concept to launch.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of fintech, banking, and emerging financial technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience from a tech company (fintech or payment area advantage).

• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• The ability to verify, discover, and make decisions based on research and a lot of data.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital banking products, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing, to build and launch new features.

• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.

• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.

• Advocate for a customer-first approach by leveraging user research, feedback, and data-driven insights.

• Spearhead initiatives to adopt and integrate emerging technologies into One Zero Bank’s ecosystem.

• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership on product priorities and progress.

• Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product rollouts and adoption.
