Front Office Lead

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a Front Office Lead to join our trading domain.

This role combines client management, trading execution, and operational involvement, with a strong focus on supporting daily activities and serving as a professional focal point within the team.

Requirements:

4 years of experience in securities, including at least 1 year in a leadership
Experience with trading systems and financial platforms
Strong understanding of financial markets
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Your Day-to-Day:

Manage relationships with trading clients, delivering high-quality service and identifying opportunities to promote relevant products and trading activity
Execute client trades and handle end-to-end trading activities
Support operational processes with service providers
Respond to client inquiries with a high level of service
Take part in product setup, system enhancements, and process improvements
Support daily shift activities, helping prioritize work and ensuring smooth operations
Act as a professional reference point within the team
