We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale and optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.
In this role, you'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve operational processes, manage key systems (like HubSpot), and transform GTM data into actionable insights that drive growth.

What you'll be doing:
Own and maintain our TAM (Total Addressable Market) framework — including ICP segmentation and account-level data enrichment.
Lead the territory and account assignment process across GTM teams.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, and territory coverage.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to operationalize GTM strategy: routing, scoring, attribution, segmentation.
Manage day-to-day revenue operations initiatives, tooling, and process improvement.
Identify bottlenecks, build automation, and help teams move faster with better data.
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, BizOps, Marketing, Sales Operations or a similar GTM role in a B2B SaaS company.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (bonus: Salesforce, Clearbit, enrichment tools).
Proven experience managing or building TAM/ICP frameworks.
Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
High-level English – both written and verbal.
