KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our matrix organization you will be part of the production teams in the plant 15 facility and will be a member of the down process (recovery and purification) team.

Within your role you will:

Perform recovery and purification processes of fermentation products (proteins as well as organic molecules).
Documentation of the manufacturing process.
Perform in process analytical assays
Work under different regulatory standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
Learning, Understanding and implementing into work the “Quality system” and “Regulatory Compliance” as dictated in Merck's SOPs.
Operating Organic and inorganic elaborated skids.
Monitor and report online records and results.
Perform troubleshooting
Administration of manufacturing costs through SAP systems.

Write, update, approve and Sign production protocol (MMF’s) and SOPs

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES
Practical engineer, B.Sc or M.Sc.(advantage) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or other relevant educational field
Written skills in Hebrew and English

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Industrial experience in Biochemical/Biotechnological work– advantage
Analytical/preparative skills in chromatography/ HPLC systems– advantage
Ability to implement new technologies - advantage.
Ability to perform process improvement - advantage.
Analytical/preparative skills in chromatography/ HPLC systems– advantage
Ability to implement new technologies - advantage.
