About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to be responsible for the design of key areas within our core product. This role allows you to shape product experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and transform complex problems into innovative, user-centered solutions. You'll work alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our designs align with business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the design of major product areas, guiding the process from ideation through to final handoff to engineering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user flows.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs and feedback are integrated into design decisions.
Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, including executives, and ensure alignment across teams.
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative design culture within the team.

Who We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex design problems and impact business outcomes.
Proven experience in designing for SaaS products, with a focus on user experience and visual design.
Strong skills in interaction design, UI/UX design, and data visualization.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and AI design tools.
Knowledge of web and mobile design patterns and the ability to create cross-platform experiences.
Experience in data-driven design, with a focus on actionable insights and measurable impact.
