HR Specialist

Deloitte – the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services needs an HR Specialist for the Audit Division at Deloitte

As part of the job:

Onboarding and accompanying new employees
Handling personal matters, including regular updates such as maternity/paternity leave
Assisting senior managers with salary updates, rank, compensation, etc.
Supporting the development and growth programs of division personnel, including accompanying learning programs at various levels
Providing ongoing service to both employees and managers
Accompanying performance improvement processes and terminations
Assisting the divisional recruitment team in interviews alongside professional managers, providing feedback and recommendations based on them.

* The work is in the firm's offices in Tel Aviv in combination with work from home.

* The position is open to both women and men.

Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree
At least two years of experience in a similar role
Very good level of English
Technological orientation and good approach to reports and their analysis
Familiarity with labor laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full proficiency in Office software
Excellent interpersonal skills
