What You'll Be Doing:
Makin sure that all parties are on schedule
Constant communication with customers regarding shipping details
Expedited handling or replacement under warranty, and their safe arrival to clients, as well as managing items
Working with the service department, regarding all the RMA’s and SO in the system
Handling customer orders, including processing them in the ERP system.
Issuing and sending invoices and delivery notes and coordinating order pickup with the client.

Your skills and experience

Essential:

Experience in the Import & Export field
English proficient
Microsoft office proficient

Desirable:

Practical Engineer - Advantage
