What you will be doing

Get to know developers' desires and aspirations and identify opportunities to get top talents to know Lightricks better.

Collaborate with the HR, brand and content teams, as well as other tech companies to promote and position Lightricks developers among the tech community.

Encourage and prepare our teams and top talent to speak at industry events and podcasts on behalf of Lightricks, to build their personal brand and to share perspectives and experience.

Organize activities including hackathons, spotlight events, Meetups, tech blog, conferences and much more to bring Lightricks’ tech workforce to the forefront and build our developer community.

Measure your impact based on key performance metrics around strength of our reach, and community growth.

Your skills and experience

Proven experience building developer communities or managing developer relations in a tech-focused company.

Ability to understand and connect with engineers across multiple disciplines, including backend, mobile, and AI.

Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.

Excellent communication skills (in both Hebrew and English), with the ability to represent the company externally and internally.

A strategic mindset capable of balancing creative ideas with measurable business goals.
