Senior Frontend Engineer

Remedio, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for a rockstar Senior Frontend Engineer who asks lots of questions, demonstrates keen attention-to-detail, and take a big-picture perspective. If you don't understand why a given component appears in particular space or what it's meant to communicate, neither will the user!

The individual selected will be tasked with ensuring that the Remedio system is designed & developed to support positive user experience and package product capabilities in a manner that is visually appealing and intuitively answers market needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent military work experience).
4+ years proficiency in frontend engineering using React.js, TypeScript, and related libraries and frameworks.
Experience with Tailwind, Web Sockets.
Experience working with Git & Jira.
Analyse and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system components
Experience with API design
Ability to work independently and mostly remotely
A motivated team player with great async written English communication skills

Hiring Preferences:

Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress / Playwright.
Experience making UX decisions.

Responsibilities:

Keep up-to-date on changing UX/UI best practices.
Work with product and design partners to plan new product screens and functional modules.
End-to-end development of frontend software components (design, development, testing, maintenance).
Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
Conduct design and code reviews.
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system components
Define API schemas that will be implemented by the backend team.
