*What You’ll Do:*
* Perform remote diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ephoca air conditioning units
* Keep detailed records of services, troubleshooting, and solutions
* Collaborate with our VIP concierge teams for efficient support to our customers

*What You’ll Need:*
* Proven experience in air conditioning repair with experience in inverter Technology
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work during evening / USA hours
* Previous phone-based support experience (an advantage)
