About The Position

Kendago, a global digital marketing leader, is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of digital marketing positions and tech, and includes a light touch on broader HR activities to support our employee experience.

About the Role:

It's a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes recruitment, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments like digital marketing, tech, or startups. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft search strategies, source top talent, and guide candidates through a smooth, professional hiring process.

In addition to recruitment, you’ll occasionally support the HR team with employee-related conversations or internal initiatives, but your core focus will be recruiting.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven success in hiring for digital marketing roles (media buyers, analysts, creatives, etc.).
Experience in a tech/startup/digital environment – advantage.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English – must be comfortable conducting interviews and working with international teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong sourcing, assessment, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proactive, independent, and a true team player.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and optimize job descriptions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and sourcing techniques.
Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Conduct interviews in both Hebrew and English.
Support employee relations conversations and assist with internal wellbeing and engagement activities, as part of the HR team.
