Senior Software Engineer

Following the acquisition of EverSQL, our team is focused on growth technologies—building AI-powered tools and database optimization capabilities. EverSQL by Aiven helps over 100,000 developers streamline development and reduce costs through automatic query tuning and index recommendations, with support for PostgreSQL®, MySQL®, and more.

We're seeking an experienced engineer to help drive our AI and optimization initiatives, including our new AI App Builder. You'll work on a cross-functional team, using Python for the backend, and React with TypeScript on the frontend.

What We're Looking For:
Excellent development skills in Python, TypeScript, and React
Good understanding of SQL and databases
Ability to independently solve challenges, break tasks and push to desired outcome
Ability to write good automated tests
Experience using Linux in development
Fluency in English, verbal and written
