What You'll Bring:

Roles & Responsibilities

•He/She needs to work on analyzing MSME industry trends
•Prove and disprove hypothesis as stem from the industry trends
•Develop these ideas into research papers and working on circulation of and publicizing these analyses through various media - press releases, articles and other publications
•Co-ordinate with the Product Teams to develop the concepts, ideas into products, wherever applicable. Co-ordinate with the Sales Teams to propagate industry knowledge, expertise.
•Client interaction at relevant levels to propagate the TransUnion CIBIL thought leadership.
•Understanding the bureau database in detail and helping work on and analyse MSME Industry trends
•Helping on MSME Pulse Report, creation and propagation of the idea and concept internally.

Impact You'll Make:

Experience and Skills
•MBA from preferably top 20 B-Schools, OR MA (Economics) / M. Statistics from top 10 institutions; Graduation in Engineering/Economics/Statistics/Commerce from top-Tier colleges
•6-9 years of experience in lending Analytics (Business banking / MSME lending preferred)
•Knowledge of MSME banking industry is mandatory.
•Working on R/SAS and SQL and basic modelling knowledge
•Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
•Strong communication, organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
•High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
