CS Booking Representative

We are looking for a Booking Representative that will handle the following:

Preparing a Loading List.
Entering containers into the system.
Handling cargo from agents and irregular cargo.
Delivery of the ship to the planners.
Dispatch of the ship to the port and handling mistakes.
Sending the loading authorization for documentation.
Sending a report to review the booking status based online.
Handling of customer’s requests via emails& phone.

Requirements:

Academic education – a must.
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an
advantage.
2-3 years of practical experience in customer
service - a must.
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel and
PowerPoint.
Mastery of the English language.
