Customer Service Coordinator (20001596)

Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Work with a variety of internal systems and tools to manage customer requests efficiently.

Requirements:

You'll need to have:

Academic education (B.A).
Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High proficiency in English
Experience in the Customer Service field
