We are looking for a functional, technical and creative out-of-the-box thinker and doer. As an HRIS team member you will take an active part in leading HR projects, implementing and maintaining our Human Resource information systems, and providing technical guidance to HR Operations.What will you actually be doing?Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and design of HRIS and supporting systems.Improve workflow and automationsAssist in formulating frameworks and roadmaps to support the various HR functions.Assist with integration configurations between Workday and third party/custom solutionsShare product knowledge with other team membersWhat should you bring to the table?2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors systemBachelor engineering degree or relevant experience requiredPassion for providing amazing service and supportTechnical, data oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpert in understanding how technology can be used to solve business problems and/or to advance business initiatives and goalsAbility to learn quickly through instruction and self-training.Team Player
