Payroll Controller

Prepare and manage the company's payroll in Israel in an accurate and timely manner, in line with the HQ calendar cut-off datesCollect and update data in the payroll system Act as the point of reference for employees’ payroll-related queriesHeadcount change management Process Manage pensions, employee benefits, and interactions with insurance agencies- Strategically and operationallyPayroll bookkeeping- Record payroll JEs, prepare relevant payroll accruals, and balance the payroll against the general ledgerImplement and adapt the payroll to changes in regulations and policiesWork as an integral part of the Accounting team and working closely with Human Resource teams on payroll topics Maintain a high degree of service and confidentialityPayroll focal point- Management advisoryAbility to drive improvements and projectsEquity benefits management· Certified Payroll Controller- Mandatory· 7+ years of experience in preparing payroll processes- Mandatory· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Mandatory· Deep knowledge of Israeli labor laws- Mandatory· Experience working with “Hilan” - An advantage· Experience with bookkeeping work – An advantage· Experience with global companies in the High-Tech industry – A significant advantage· High level of English proficiency (oral and written)· Ability to prioritize duties effectively, meet deadlines, and cooperate with other team members to accomplish tasks· Ability to work and solve issues with an independent, pro-active approach; escalate as necessary· Ability to maintain a high level of confidence and demonstrate a high level of maturity· Service oriented – with great interpersonal skillsOrpak delivers comprehensive solutions to oil companies and commercial fleets, improving profitability and optimizing performance from the forecourt to the head office.
