Internal Audit Manager

ONE ZERO Bank, is looking to hire a skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting internal audits, with a strong background in banking, financial services, and information systems audits
Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Responsibilities:

Oversee and conduct comprehensive audits throughout the bank, encompassing all operational areas and divisions
Provide end-to-end leadership of internal audit processes, from planning to execution, including the presentation of findings to senior stakeholders
Collaborate in the management of audit activities, ensuring effective oversight of external service provider, develop and implement internal audit methodologies, and developing strategic work plans

Advantages:

Relevant certifications e.g. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or related credentials
Extensive experience in banking areas, including financial risk management, credit, liquidity, payments, customer-bank relations, compliance, etc.
Experience working with complex financial systems, data analysis, cyber audits, information security, cloud environment audits, and third-party audits
