What You'll Do:

Design and implement robust, scalable backend services for our treasury management platform
Architect solutions in a distributed, cloud-native environment using modern tools to support highly scalable systems
Collaborate with our data science team to integrate AI capabilities into our core product
Build RESTful APIs and microservices that power our customer-facing applications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
Work directly with product and customer success team to understand customers’ challenges and design effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and frontend engineers

What You Need:

5+ years experience as a backend engineer, with participation in large-scale projects
Strong proficiency with Python 3.x (3+ years of experience)
Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
Familiarity with AWS cloud platform
Experience with API design and implementation
Passion for software architecture, clean code, and testing
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience in the financial services or fintech space
Background in treasury management, payments, or related financial domains
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and integration patterns
Knowledge of event-driven architectures
Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka)
