Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager for a Student position to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about learning how to manage cross-functional teams in a global company. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Program Scope: Engage with Product Manager & System Architect to understand requirements and drive for Engineering Technical respond to it
Program Cost/Schedule: Collaborate with project leaders to define program’s costing, timelines, and deliverables
Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure alignment with stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges to ensure smooth execution
Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Support in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success and outcomes
Accountable for fluent coordination between the teams as needed.

Basic Requirements
3rd or 4th year student in Industrial & Management engineering
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools) is an advantage
Ability to collaborate within a team while managing independent tasks
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Experience with leading people is an advantage.
