Data Engineer

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team and is looking for n Data Engineer to join one of our clients’ projects.

This is a client-facing and hybrid role, open to candidates for a full-time position, based in Israel with 4 days onsite presence in Airport City area.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyse data from multiple information systems
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions accordingly
Conduct data validation and testing using structured methodologies
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards based on client needs
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and issues, and provide effective solutions
Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform business needs into technical solutions
Proven experience with SQL, POSTMAN, and JSON
Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT) – an advantage
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) or SAP HR - an advantage
Experience working in large organizations, especially within the healthcare sector - an advantage
Mobility and willingness to travel as required
Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral)
