Account controller student

We are looking for an Account controller student that will handle the following:

Responsibility for high level monitoring of the agent expenses:

Performing high level control on the agent expenses requests and ensuring integrity in accordance with the Company agreements and procedures
Performing high level control on the agent commission requests ensuring integrity in accordance with the agent agreement
Reviewing and analyzing costs

Control of the agencies’ manifested and non-manifested activity invoicing:

· Performing high level control on the agent income and ensuring completeness and correctness

Costing management:

Manage the missing cost, as per request

Aging reports and general tasks:

Monitor aging reports of agencies, analyze and approach the agency to understand main deviations.
Monitor related KPIs, prepare an improvement plan and monitor improvement with the agencies.
Review of agency’s results and economic analysis of agencies activities
Recommending ways of improving the results
Prepare various economic calculations to support managerial decisions, as per request.







Requirements:

A student of: Economics.
High level of control in Office tools, Excel and Power point.
High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing) . Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Strong Analytical skills.
Oriented to digital systems and tools.
