We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join one of our major enterprise projects. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions in a complex and dynamic multi-system environment.

What You’ll Do:

Architect and design customized Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
Lead implementation and development processes using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
Provide strategic and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders
Mentor junior Salesforce team members
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on the latest Salesforce technologies
Oversee testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and security standards

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture
Proven knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, permissions model, Flows, Dashboards, Validations, and Approval Processes
Salesforce Administrator certification – mandatory
Additional Salesforce certifications – a strong advantage
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations
Project management and business process implementation experience – advantage
Familiarity with sales, marketing, or service operations – advantage

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Strong analytical and system-thinking abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills
Capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks in parallel
