The opportunity

Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure professional to develop, support and maintain Telephony technology

How you’ll spend your day
The Unified Communications Manager role focuses on managing the Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure, with a keen eye on Microsoft Teams, Poly, and Meeting Rooms, ensuring these services meet high standards.
Candidates must bring over 10 years of experience in video systems and conference room technology, specifically with expertise in CVI, Poly, and Crestron Infrastructure, Microsoft.
Core responsibilities include overseeing global UC services, spearheading improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
The position entails mentoring team members, leading worldwide conferencing operations, and continuously seeking operational enhancements to increase productivity and service quality.
Accountability extends to the effectiveness of the UC platform, requiring coordination with IT services, prudent management of investments, and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
Your experience and qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in video systems and conference room control technologies, including CVI, Poly, and Crestron Infrastructure, Microsoft.
Proven expertise in managing Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Teams, Poly, and Meeting Rooms.
Demonstrated ability to lead global UC services, drive improvements, and maintain effective vendor relationships to ensure SLA compliance.
Strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with current conference room trends, with the capacity to mentor team members and lead conferencing operations worldwide.
