Migration Operations Analyst

Nayax is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Migration Operations Analyst to join our team. This role ensures smooth and efficient data migration processes across various platforms.

The Migration Operations Analyst will report to the Processing Operations Manager

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Perform data extraction and transformation.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
Monitor and troubleshoot data migration issues to minimize disruptions
Conduct data validation and verification to ensure successful migration.
Implement and follow best practices for data migration and quality assurance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements.
Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to migration activities.

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Familiarity with Migration/transaction monitoring and the financial services industry.
Communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and identify irregularities or suspicious patterns.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations
Experience working with ERP systems and BI tools- Advantage
Excellent English and Hebrew skills – writing and verbal
