HR Recruiter - 80% Student PositionLocation:Rehovot (Hybrid), IL, ILJob ID: 54888Category: Human ResourcesWe are looking for a motivated Master’s student to join our global Talent Acquisition team at Stratasys.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and related programs within a global high-tech organization, work closely with hiring managers, and contribute to innovative, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.Key Responsibilities:Support and gradually lead recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managersProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional creative sourcing channelsConduct phone interviews and assist in interview coordination and process managementBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the processSupport recruitment activities for contractors, students, internships, and internal mobility initiativesCollaborate with external placement agencies when neededContribute to TA projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements (including AI and automation tools)Requirements:Current Master’s student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related fieldAvailability for 80% position (4 days a week or equivalent)Previous experience in recruitment / HR / customer-facing roles – advantageExperience or familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter – advantageHigh level of English, both written and verbalExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCurious, proactive, and open to innovation and the use of AI tools in recruiting
