HR Operations Specialist

About the RoleThe HR Operations Specialist is the operational backbone of the HR function, responsible for ensuring that all people-related processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with local regulations. This role manages the process related, technical, and data-driven aspects of HR, enabling the broader People team to focus on strategic initiatives and employee growth.You will own core HR systems and workflows, support the full employee lifecycle, and act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related topics.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Data, Systems & ProcessesOwn and maintain employee data across HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data securityCreate update letters and documentation for employees with relevant information (Abroad visits, termination letters, etc).Improve and support onboarding and termination processesWork with the HR team on cross company initiatives such as recognition programs, events, etc.Travel management - supports org travel system and flyersProcess & Workflow OptimizationDesign, document, and continuously improve HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and performance cyclesIdentify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions as the company growsCompliance SupportSupport audits (such as SOC2) and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirementsEmployee SupportServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, processes, systems, and toolsEnsure timely, accurate, and professional responses to employee inquiriesRequirements:Proven experience in HR Operations, People Operations, experience with HR Systems or a similar role. Experience with Hibob - big advantage.High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential informationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees across levels and functionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environmentImpact on the BusinessBy ensuring that payroll, data, systems, and compliance operate seamlessly, the HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in building trust and stability across the organization.
