*Position Overview*

As a Growth Marketing Manager at SoundCampaign, you will be responsible for driving our user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You will lead the development and execution of growth initiatives across multiple channels, working closely with product, development, and creative teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a growth-focused, results-driven marketer with extensive experience in digital marketing, performance optimization, and scaling brands. Your passion for data, experimentation, and the music industry will help push SoundCampaign to new heights.

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, increases brand awareness, and improves retention across all channels.
* Lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns across paid platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, content marketing, and social media.
* Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization and growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, content, and design) to ensure cohesive and integrated growth efforts.
* Build and manage partnerships with influencers and creators to drive campaign results and increase engagement with our services.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Continuously identify new opportunities and growth hacking strategies to push the boundaries of what's possible and increase our customer base.
* Drive community engagement through social media and other platforms to build a loyal fanbase and grow SoundCampaign’s digital presence.

*Requirements:*
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
* Proven track record of executing high-impact growth strategies with measurable business outcomes.
* Deep experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
* Demonstrated ability in content marketing, social media strategy, and influencer collaborations.
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Strategic thinker with a creative problem-solving ability and a passion for driving results.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with a focus on adaptability and innovation.
