Lead contracts and strategic agreements with suppliers and subcontractors Handle supplier relations, market research, negotiations, and agreement finalization Oversee purchase orders, deliveries, payments, and reporting (advanced Excel required) Identify alternative products, services, and procurement sources Locate suppliers and manufacturers in the aviation field Lead cost reduction initiatives and logistics-related projects Maintain continuous communication in English Academic degree required – preferably in Business Administration or Logistics Industrial & Management Engineer / Practical Engineer – significant advantage Proven experience managing a procurement department Experience working with ERP systems – Priority preferred Familiarity with military & comunication standards Components & Sub-Contractors Experience in the following fields: electronics/ boards and systems), maintenance, spare parts procurement Advanced proficiency in Excel Strong commitment to service excellence Fast learner with strong teamwork skills High-level English – spoken and written
