Global Education Manager

Job Summary:

The Education Manager is responsible for leading the educational strategy and managing all educational content and programs. This role involves curriculum development, staff training, and maintaining educational standards across the organization.

The Education Manager works closely with other departments to ensure that educational offerings align with organizational goals and meet the needs of the audience.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement educational programs and curricula that are engaging and effective. Regularly update materials to keep up with best practices and industry standards.
Training and Staff Development: Train and mentor staff involved in educational programs. Ensure that educators are well-prepared and have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality education.
Program Management: Oversee the scheduling, budgeting, and administration of all educational programs. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet program objectives.
Educational Standards and Compliance: Ensure that all educational activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accreditation standards and continue professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the organization to enhance educational offerings. This may include partnerships with educational institutions, industry leaders, and community organizations.
Evaluation and Assessment: Implement evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of educational programs. Use feedback and data to improve program quality and outcomes.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of educational programs to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualificatuons:

Retail Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the retail industry, with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and the sales floor environment.
Training Development and Management: Proven track record in designing and implementing training programs, with a focus on customer service excellence and employee development.
Academic Proficiency: Academic background in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Retail Management. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Innovation and Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
