Description:
We are a growing marketing technology agency looking for a Marketing Automation Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to join our delivery team.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions on the Salesforce platform for a variety of customer projects. You'll work closely with internal Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Developers to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable, well-built technical solutions.
The ideal candidate has solid, hands-on command of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure — data model, SQL, automations, and integrations — combined with a good understanding of marketing automation strategy, and is looking to grow into more complex enterprise implementations.
Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement marketing automation solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build and maintain the SFMC data structure: Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and data relationships, following platform best practices
• Build and maintain customer journeys, workflows, automations, and campaign logic using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Develop audience segmentation using SQL Query Activities and data validation processes
• Implement personalization and dynamic content (AMPscript / dynamic content blocks)
• Support integrations between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud Connect) and external systems via APIs
• Manage data flows: imports/exports, file drops, and third-party marketing technologies
• Ensure data quality, deliverability, and platform best practices across multiple projects
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation and journey performance
• Collaborate with internal Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver successful implementations
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce platform capabilities and marketing automation best practices
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
• Solid working knowledge of the SFMC infrastructure: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and basic understanding of the Salesforce CRM data model (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns)
• Good SQL skills for audience segmentation and data validation within SFMC
• Hands-on experience configuring automations, journeys, triggered sends, and campaign workflows
• Experience with data imports/exports and platform integrations; familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Native Hebrew – mandatory
• Fluent English

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
• Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, or HTML/CSS for email development
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect or Salesforce CRM integrations
• Experience working for a marketing technology agency or Salesforce implementation partner
• Familiarity with Mobile Studio (SMS/WhatsApp) or CloudPages
• Knowledge of additional marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, or Marketo
• Experience working in Agile environments
