We are moving past the era of static RevOps and building a modern, AI-powered GTM engine.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can both build the infrastructure and help design the strategy behind it.
This is a unique role: you won’t just implement tools—you’ll actively design the Go-To-Market plays that those systems enable. You will serve as the bridge between AI-driven technical execution and GTM strategy.
The Role:
You will own and evolve the GTM Operating System.
This includes both the infrastructure (how things work) and the operational execution (what the team runs).
You will leverage modern AI GTM tooling, automation and data to remove manual work and accelerate sales and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Infrastructure & Tooling
Evaluate, deploy and manage AI-first GTM tools (e.g., enrichment platforms, intent tools, and AI content generation tools).
Build autonomous AI workflows and agents that detect signals (such as hiring activity or company updates) and automatically generate personalized outreach.
Implement LLM-based workflows to categorize inbound leads, summarize sales calls, and automatically update CRM systems.
GTM Strategy & Execution
Support and optimize outbound campaigns, lead routing logic, and account-based marketing (ABM) workflows.
Monitor the GTM funnel performance and proactively identify areas for improvement across the customer journey.
Work closely with Account Executives to identify friction points and build systems that improve productivity.
Data & Systems Architecture
Own and maintain the GTM tech stack, including CRM and engagement platforms.
Build systems that capture intent signals, product usage signals, and social signals, turning them into actionable tasks for the GTM team.
Why This Role:
This is not a traditional RevOps role.
You will be empowered to experiment with the newest AI GTM tools, rethink how GTM teams operate, and build systems that directly impact growth and revenue.

Hands-on experience building AI-powered GTM workflows, including enrichment, scoring, and personalized outreach.
Experience with tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms, combined with LLM actions.
Ability to design multi-step AI agents that autonomously research, qualify, enrich and engage prospects.
Strong prompt-engineering skills and experience generating structured outputs from LLMs at scale.
Familiarity with Python and SQL is helpful, but the focus is on solving problems using AI-native workflows and automation.
Curiosity and ability to stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI tooling ecosystem.
GTM Intuition:
Understanding of the modern GTM funnel and concepts such as MQL, PQL, outbound sequencing, and sales messaging.
Ability to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems.
Operational Mindset:
Experience supporting or managing GTM operations, campaigns, lead lists, or pipeline processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes using automation and data.
