We are looking for a creative product manager with a deep understanding of the USA health insurance domain, who will lead a new and innovative product that will make the open enrollment process simple, insightful and will empower the people to make data driven decisions in order to improve their health.

Responsibilities

• Manage the new product lifecycle from ideation to execution in a fast-paced work environment
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape
• Understand the customers, their needs and challenges
• Lead and execute the product roadmap and priorities based on customer needs
• Develop and monitor key metrics to measure the success of the product to drive the business goals
• Work closely with R&D, designers, product managers to provide manage the execution of the solution (including detailed requirement docs and guidance)
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, like Sales, Marketing Customer Support to drive the business goals

• Excellent communicator with analytical skills
• Expert in the American health insurance system. Knowledgeable in the open enrollment process.
