We are looking for a brilliant, ambitious, hard working and curious RnD manager who is dedicated to his work and colleagues, and is in love with tackling BIG ideas and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Leading our global multidisciplinary R&D team in a fast-paced, Agile environment to support our rapidly evolving business.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and to make progress with multiple projects and functional priorities simultaneously.
• Taking ownership and responsibility for features, systems, and end-to-end processes.
• Leading and managing all phases of the development process.
• Working with Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure successful product releases that meet market demands.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Recruiting top talent and managing team performance, supporting employees’ development and motivation.
• Playing a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST and PII.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CTO, Product, Sales, CS, Marketing, and Engineering) to understand data needs and define the BI strategy.
• Being a core part of the leadership teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a software development role.
• 8+ years of leading software development teams.
• Experience working with offshore development teams.
• Experience with Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
• Experience with compliance, privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA, SOC2 and HITRUST.
• Great interpersonal communication and capability to understand the big picture.

• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent.
• Experience with Gen AI/ML systems.
