As a Product Manager and help shape the future of Realize, our cutting-edge advertising platform powering thousands of advertisers worldwide. In this role, you'll be at the heart of transforming advertiser experiences, crafting innovative solutions, and using data to unlock growth for our clients.

You won't just manage features, you'll define how advertisers succeed. From refining core product capabilities to creating seamless, intuitive user journeys, your work will directly fuel advertiser performance and strengthen our partnerships.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Product Management Expertise – At least 2 years of experience driving B2B products from concept to launch, with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
User Experience Vision - Proven ability to design intuitive, effective UX for complex B2B/B2C platforms, turning sophisticated workflows into seamless user journeys. practices, enabling productive collaboration with engineering teams.
Exceptional Communication Skills - Able to engage confidently with global stakeholders, including senior-level clients, and align diverse teams behind a shared vision.
Analytical Sharpness - Skilled at turning data into insight, and insight into compelling narratives that influence product direction.
Experimentation Mindset - Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product evolution.
Proactive Ownership - A results-driven approach with the initiative to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
AdTech Savvy (Advantage) - Background in advertising technology, ideally with hands-on experience serving performance advertisers.

Pioneer next-generation ad formats that push creative boundaries, align with Taboola's long-term vision, and set new performance benchmarks, driving adoption of best practices across internal teams and client campaigns.
Design and execute large-scale A/B experiments that uncover breakthrough insights, fuel data-driven decisions, and shape the future of our product.
