On-Site Support -Tel Aviv(Ramat Hachayal)

On-site technical support, supporting site users and processes in the office and business environment (labs, manufacturing…).
Working days & hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 – 17:00 on 9 hours shift
Location: Tel Aviv, Ramat Hachayal

Must-Have
o Languages- Hebrew – Native language; English – High level of speaking and writing
o technical support experience in medium/large organization
o PC Support- Install and configure PC hardware and components
o User support-
o Active Directory / Identity management
o Permissions
o Network- Basic network experience
o Network cabins alignment, Rack and stacking
o VLAN configuration - advantage
o Console management
o Experience with Cisco products - advantage
o AP & Switches basic support
o Operation-
o PC and network asset management
o Local inventory management
o ServiceNow ticket management (Incident & Request) - advantage
Advantage:
o Working with ServiceNow (ticketing and knowledge)
o Customer service oriented – must-have
o Printers support (mapping, printer queue…)
o Hardware troubleshooting: PC problem-solving, hard drives, RAM, CPUs and power, video, printing – must-have
o Experience in Windows environment – must-have
o Imaging and configuration
o Troubleshooting – must-have
o Office 365
o Experience with SCCM (imaging and package deployment) and AutoPilot
o Conference- Meeting room – operation and basic troubleshooting
