Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll lead the design of innovative, fan-centered digital experiences that elevate the way millions of people engage with live sports and beyond game time. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and creative teams to shape the next generation of interactive fan engagement within the company's ecosystem.
This is a full-time hybrid position, based in Herzliya.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end UX processes, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
• Conduct deep user research and translate insights into meaningful product experiences.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to complex interaction and engagement challenges.
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, and creative teams to deliver seamless fan journeys.
• Design and refine interactive layers and in-stream experiences that enhance sports viewing.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system and visual language.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience (preferably in digital products or entertainment platforms).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, system thinking, and storytelling.
• Proven experience with Design Thinking, User Research, and Interaction Design.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Passion for sports.
