Job Description

We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to help shape the quality standards for our top enterprise solutions. You will be the first QA specialist on the team, working alongside tech designers, software engineers, and solution architects to ensure seamless, high-quality deliveries. Each site built on our platform involves complex, deep integrations with a variety of Wix products, making this a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our solutions. In this role, you will:

Gain an in-depth understanding of the project and the underlying infrastructure

Lead the QA efforts, testing every new feature to ensure thorough quality checks across all integrations

Serve as an advocate for quality assurance in products we integrate with, upholding and communicating Wix’s standards of excellence

Collaborate closely with fast-paced development teams, adapting your testing strategies to keep up with rapid releases and continuous integration

Become part of Wix’s broader QA group, where you’ll participate in cross-company activities, continually improving your skills and contributing to the overall testing strategy

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a QA engineering role

A passion for delivering high-quality projects and driving continuous improvement

Knowledge of manual testing with some experience in automation

You’re eager to expand your skillset and apply new methods where needed

You thrive in cross-functional teams and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

You have strong communication skills—especially in English—enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
